Where do we ship?

We currently are only able to ship to the UK.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

We want to keep delivery costs as low as possible, that is why you will see a selection of options for delivery, dependant on what you have ordered. Please select the delivery option that relates to your order, ie. Books for books, Mugs, for mugs, etc. If you order a mix of items, then select the standard delivery of £3.99.

DELIVERY TO UNITED KINGDOM

Orders within the UK, including the Highlands and Northern Ireland, are shipped by Royal Mail, either 1st, or 2nd class, based on your selection.

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES AND CANADA

We currently do not ship to the USA. Some children’s books may be available on Amazon in the USA & Canada.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

We currently do not ship to Europe. Some children’s books may be available on Amazon, in select countries.

SHIPPING TO REST OF THE WORLD

We do not currently ship to the rest of the world. Some children’s books may be available on Amazon, in select countries.

Shipping services

Once we receive your order, we'll get to work preparing it for dispatch.

We'll send you a shipping notification, so you know your order is on its way.

Some shipments may require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you'll be available at your requested shipping address. We will contact you to let you know, if your shipment requires a signature.

What if I'm not in to take my delivery?

If you're not in at the time of your delivery, the courier will leave a card so you can contact them to arrange a redelivery.

Taxes & duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If you’re unsure as to what charges may be due on your order, we strongly advise you to check with your authorities before making an order with us.

USA CUSTOMERS

I do not currently ship outside of the UK from my website. Some of my books are available on Amazon in the USA and Canada.

Refunds & exchanges

We want you to love your item as much as we do, but we understand that you may wish to return it to us and that's OK.

You have 28 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with any security tags attached.

To make a return, email us at info@helenegardiner.com, and we'll send you the appropriate return form and instructions.

All refunds are processed within seven working days.

Helene Gardiner does not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.
